PE «Slavic yard» is a business enterprise. The main activity is crop production, livestock, and grain storage.

With the growth of turnover, we have a need to automate accounting in our company at the present level. To accomplish this task, we used the services of LLC «Art Soft», a company with many years of experience in implementing programs in enterprises and organizations of various regions. Software «Trade management for Ukraine», basically met our requirements for operational and management accounting, analysis, and planning of trade operations.

Specialists of the company «Art Soft» made the introduction of the system in the enterprise; made the initial settings for working with the program; provided qualified counseling.

As a result of the project implementation, the following areas were automated:

• supply chain management;
• sales management;
• inventory management;
• customer order management;
• customer relationship management;
• analysis of the turnover of the enterprise;
• price analysis and pricing management;
• cash management;
• cost accounting;

The result of the implementation of the system by the management of our company and users is evaluated as positive: convenient input of documents, automation of daily and routine operations, the ability to generate reports in any analytical sections, and with the required detail. The system ensures the prompt provision of the necessary information to management for making management decisions.

The implementation period is 1 month.

The start date of the commercial operation of software products is 16.02.2015.
