Company «Art Soft» took part at the 15th international exhibition Intertransport – 2016, which was held from the 1st to the 3rd of June in the  Exhibition Complex of Odessa Sea Port. On the 2nd of June within the framework of the exhibition, «Art Soft» together with company «KPD-UZ» held the Round-table Discussion «Actual Issues of the Accounting and Management Automation for the Enterprises of Sea and Rail Transport, Silos and Grain Terminals» where about 40 transport business companies from Ukraine, Latvia, Romania and Moldova participated.

The specialists of «Art Soft» clearly demonstrated to the participants functional peculiarities and advantages of the system «Art:Port» software products, particularly  «Аrt:Stevedoring», «Аrt:RailWay», « Аrt:Grain Storage» and «Аrt:Grain Terminal». The software products presentations and practical experience of their application, which was said about by the representatives of the customer companies: LLC «Seaside Terminal» R.R. Gerasimov and LLC «Grain Terminal NIKA-TERA» I.P. Bobov, stimulated a keen discussion of the software products and raised a lot of questions.

A great interest was shown towards the «KPD-UZ» company director’s (Elena Vladimirovna Kravchenko) report about new capabilities of the software products «Consignor’s Workstation», « Gohub Server» (a coordination module server) and « ТМkarta», and also the information about the use of  «KPD-UZ» programs together with the software package « Art:Port», which was given by the «Art Soft» specialist Victor Matjushin.

Speeches of the Latvian, Romanian and Moldavian representatives gave a really international character to the event. The director of  «1С-Romania» Aleksei Snitkovskii spoke of an international software product on the basis of 1С:Enterprise 8 – «BMS» (Business Management Suite).

The representatives of Ukrainian ports were really interested in the «KleinTech» (Latvia) representative Yanis Meirans’s report about the software solution «TrainINSPECT». The solution provides automatic collecting and processing of information about passing railway cars and cargo during the train movement, including number reading, size overage and lading damage determining etc.

At the end of the Round-table Discussion, the director of «Art Soft», Artyomenko Sergei Vladislavovich, informed the participants about one more company’s advantage. It is a possibility to work as a consultant of the EBRD by the program of small and medium-scale business support in Ukraine in the IT (information technology) field (development of information systems, CRM (customer relationship management), financial accounting automation etc.), and he told the participants about the procedure of the ЕBRD grant receiving to realize consulting projects.

The Round-table Discussion came to the end accompanied by active conversation of its participants, mutual exchange of contact information with prospects for mutually beneficial collaboration. «Art Soft» and «1С-Romania» came to a preliminary agreement about collaboration at the integration process of the software package « Art:Port» and «1C:BMS» into a united product for European transport enterprises.
