ATIS Ltd. is a shipping agency whose primary activity is rendering ship’s agency service. There were special demands made to the computerized enterprise management system:

  • Accounting and tax tasks solutions;
  • Effective accounting of the agent’s service and the agent’s fee calculation.

The software solution «Accounting for Ukraine 8» was chosen by us for accounting and tax tasks solutions. A supplement to this software solution «Art:ShipAgency», developed by the «Art Soft» specialists, was chosen for the effective management of the primary activity. The supplement contains important functional capabilities for us:

  • Accounting of incoming invoices;
  • Accounting of mutual payments with shipowners and port authorities;
  • Creating of disbursement accounts;
  • Cost calculating of the agent’s (subagent’s) service and drawing up of necessary accounts.

The solution «Art:ShipAgency» was adapted by our order to satisfy the requirements of the company and some additional functions were realized. The company’s staff were trained.

  • The document «Preliminary disbursement» was developed;
  • The rules of transit VAT (value added tax) forming were changed;
  • The report «Calculation research of the service given to the vessel» was developed;
  • The required documents and reference books sets were added.
