LLC «Pacific Maritime» is a company mainly engaged in the ship’s agency service.
To find a solution for the company’s business accounting, we chose as a framework the software product with the standard software solution «Accounting for Ukraine 8». Some demands connected to the agent’s service accounting peculiarities were made to the applied system. To solve this problem, some additional printed patterns were developed, and also details of some reference books and documents were expanded. Your specialists gave maximum support in filling up the database with initial information and putting the system into commercial operation.
During the period from 01.03.2007 to 20.04.2007 the following tasks were carried out:
- Two workstations were created:
- the chief accountant’s workstation;
- the business accountant’s workstation.
2. Record keeping at the main stages of the accountant’s work was established:
- accounting of fixed assets and fictitious assets;
- accounting of NVHP (not valuable and high-wear parts) and NVNTA (not valuable non-circulating tangible assets);
- resource accounting;
- accounting of business operations at national and foreign currency;
- accounting of mutual payments with contractors, the budget, advance holders;
- accounting of spending;
- personnel record;
- payroll accounting.
As a result of the solution application, we can:
- Control all the main accounting procedures;
- Reduce the receiving time of internal accounting and regulated reports;
- Receive reliable information at the right time.
