Our company LLC «SK Accord» provides a full range of freight forwarding services for cargoes of the whole range, including oil-loading, heavy and oversized cargo in the ports of Reni and Izmail. Also, the main directions of our activity are container handling, services for transshipment and storage of grain, oil, and grocery in the port of Reni, chartering of ships, ship agency services, customs brokerage services.
In order to improve the use of the company’s resources, it was decided to switch to a modern automated accounting system. The specialists of Art Soft LLC successfully automated accounting and tax accounting in our company by implementing a popular software solution «Accounting 8 for Ukraine», which allows us to significantly speed up the formation of regulated reporting, minimize the number of errors, and ensure that reporting complies with the requirements of the current regulatory legislation of Ukraine.
Specialists of the company «Art Soft» made the introduction of the system in the enterprise; made the initial settings for working with the program; provided qualified counseling.
This program automates the following tasks:

To solve the problems of automation of accounting for forwarding activities, we purchased an industry-specific software solution «Art:Forwarding». The choice is due to the fact that the functionality of the program most fully meets the needs of our company. The program was developed taking into account industry-specific and regulatory requirements for forwarding activities in Ukraine.
To perform contract work on the implementation of an automated system, we turned to the company LLC «Art Soft», which has established itself as a reliable and professional partner.
Art Soft specialists installed the system on users’ computers, completed the initial parameter settings, helped to fill out reference books and make initial balances, and conducted user training.
As a result, the following accounting modules were implemented:
• Reflection in the system of forwarding operations using specialized documents:
-Freight forwarding order;
-Receipt of services (forwarding);
-The act of the performed work on forwarding;
-Incoming invoice (forwarding);
-An invoice for payment forwarding;
• Accounting for transit payments;
• Calculation of the results of forwarding activities:
-Calculation of forwarding reward;
-Other calculation;
•Formation of management, analytical and statistical reporting with the desired levels of detail and grouping data;
• Correct display of information on freight forwarding activities in the accounting and tax accounting programs «Accounting 8 for Ukraine»
As a result of the implementation, daily operations performed at the forwarder’s workplace are automated. The program provides effective management of transit payments in forwarding activities, automated complex special calculations, and the rapid formation of specialized reports.
The implementation period is 1 month.
