For the maintenance of industry accounting services agency management company LTD «Stark Shipping» it was decided to purchase your software product «Art:ShipAgency». This decision is due to the fact that the company «Art Soft» has many years of experience in developing and implementing software products at the largest Ukrainian sea transport enterprises.
«Art Soft» specialists installed the system on users’ computers, completed the initial parameter settings, helped to fill out reference books and make initial balances, and conducted user training.
As a result of the implementation, the following specific accounting functions have been automated:
- ship registration on approach to ports;
- formation of requests to port services;
- settlements with port services;
- accounting of incoming accounts;
- accounting services rendered to courts;
- VAT calculation taking into account the special features of agency services;
- formation of disbursement accounts;
- calculation of the cost of agency/subagent services;
- mutual settlements with shipowners;
- formation of outgoing invoices for agency/subagent services;
