Art:Forwarding

The software solution «Art:Forwarding» is intended for complex and effective computerized accounting at companies dealing with forwarding service.  The solution has been developed as a supplement to a standard configuration «Accounting 8 for Ukraine» and has been certified as «Compatible».

Functional capabilities:

• Forwarding registration of any kinds of cargo both export and import transactions;
• An opportunity of a forwarding order preliminary calculation and monitoring along the whole length of its execution;
• Enables to watch effectively the staff working and to execute financial supervision; 

The solution contains the following blocks, supplementing standard capabilities of «Accounting for Ukraine»:

1. Export:

• The forwarding agent’s workstation;
• A collection of specified documents and printed patterns:
  • A port call;
  • Specification;
  • Order+list;
  • Bill of lading (linear, domestic);
  • Ecological declaration;
  • Bill of lading certificate;
  • Manifest;
  • Packing list;
  • Certificate of non-radioactivity;
  • Mate’s receipt;
  • Master’s receipt;
  • Receiving act;
• A collection of specified and universal reports.

2. Import:

• The forwarding agent’s workstation;
• A collection of specified documents and printed patterns:
  • Application;
  • Order;
  • Bill of lading;
  • Arrival notice;
  • Letter of guarantee (for all the ports of Ukraine);
  • Forwarding order;
  • CMR;
• A collection of specified and universal reports.
