Mobile application for quick access to documents of AS “Client UZ” and their processing.

Functionality:

  • Downloading electronic transport documents (ETD) with a print waybill form on all statuses *;
  • Issuance of waybills with an electronic digital signature;
  • Downloading instructions of wagon supply/picking (GU-45) with print forms;
  • Downloading statements of wagon use GU-46 / GU-46a with print forms and the possibility of electronic approval;
  • Downloading cumulative cards FDU-92 with print forms and the possibility of electronic approval;
  • Downloading all-day efficiency lists (operational balance);
  • Downloading the wagon dislocation data from e-mail with its displaying in reports and on the map **;
  • Entering SLM (sealing/locking mechanisms) bundles with attachment to the wagon when creating a waybill within the accounting system.

* Exchange with AS “Client UZ” operates with the help of the system “Server of approval module” of the company “KPD-UZ”, which is located on the servers of “Art Port”

** The company «Art Port» does not provide data of the wagon dislocation — this information is downloaded to the mobile application from existing providers of this data for subsequent processing and visualization
